Paid training – technicians build their skills in hands-on classes, paid at their flat rate time, at our exclusive Tysons Training and Technology Center

Tool loans and reimbursement opportunities – we know the tools of the trade can be expensive.  That’s why we will loan up to $2,500 to our technicians to help pay for tools as well as offer a toolbox program for our apprentices, valued at $8,000.

Stable, high-volume service environment – over 325,000 customers served annually

Paid time-off and 6 closed holidays including No Sundays

Paid ASE training and reimbursement for testing

Our apprenticeship program is designed to help you jump-start your career with hands-on experience, structured training, and a clear path for advancement. Through VTA University courses, a toolbox program, and performance-based milestones, you’ll build real skills—from basic services like oil changes and tire repairs to more advanced automotive work. As you grow, you’ll gain access to additional training, earn incentives, and move steadily toward becoming a top-tier technician.
