Team Members immediately jump into our one-of-a-kind training program, VTA University, with in-person classroom learning, hands-on practical training and on-demand video classes that teach you how to maximize your earnings.
Our Tysons’s Training & Technology Center (T3) includes state of the art bays that have been transformed into a training center where techs and aspiring techs learn hands-on from master techs. We also cover all education and testing expenses related to earning ASE certifications, inspection licenses, and other continued education opportunities.
