Team Members immediately jump into our one-of-a-kind training program, VTA University, with in-person classroom learning, hands-on practical training and on-demand video classes that teach you how to maximize your earnings.
Our Tysons’s Training & Technology Center (T3) is where techs and aspiring techs learn hands-on from master techs. T3 includes state of the art bays that have been transformed into a training center where techs are trained on the top equipment and tools and learn how to perform basic to complex auto repairs. VTA covers all education and testing expenses related to earning ASE certifications, inspection licenses, and other continued education opportunities. Working at VTA give you exclusive access to T3, where you build in-demand automotive repair skills-at no cost to you.
