Melissa Khan
Sales Manager
A Northern California native, Melissa moved to the South Riding area from Reno, Nevada, in 2019. Shortly after moving here, she visited Virginia Tire & Auto of South Riding for an emissions test. She left feeling like it was a place she could trust and decided to apply for a Service Advisor position, despite having no previous experience in the automotive industry. A quick learner, Melissa was promoted to Senior Service Advisor and then Store Manager in 2021. Melissa says, “I’ve had good and bad experiences at repair shops in the past, and I wanted to be part of a good experience for someone else.” In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and her two bonus daughters.
