His passion for the industry and dedication to customer service quickly propelled him into leadership roles. He spent 14 years with the Pohanka Auto Group, where he managed both Honda and Acura service departments, focusing on team development, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction. Most recently, Daniel served as the Service Director for Roda, a concierge auto service startup, where he played a key role in shaping a modern, customer-centric approach to vehicle care. With over two decades of experience, he brings a wealth of technical knowledge and management expertise to every role he takes on.
