Virginia Tire & Auto’s Service Advisors are knowledgeable about all types of vehicles­, how to diagnose them and what parts and repairs are needed to fix them. But most of all, they enjoy interacting with a team of service advisors and technicians, driving sales and taking care of customers. To them, it’s about learning what a customer’s vehicle truly needs and presenting a solution.

Next Stop: Service Manager

Virginia Tire & Auto’s Service Managers are true auto repair professionals, expert problem solvers and workflow managers. They are knowledgeable about car repair, including how to diagnose problems and what parts and service are needed to fix them. Being a Service Manager involves overseeing our team of technicians and managing the store workflow to optimal performance while assuring the highest quality of service for our customers.




Next Stop: Store Manager

Our Store Managers are responsible for the complete day-to-day operation of our stores. Store Managers have a comprehensive knowledge of Virginia Tire & Auto’s business, and they are committed to creating meaningful experiences for both customers and employees. They develop strategies and objectives for growth and motivate and lead others to work as a team. They are responsible for maximizing store productivity and profitability while ensuring we keep car care stress-free for all our customers.

Each month, our managers meet with their team members one-on-one to talk about career goals and how to achieve them. We call this a Pit Stop. We want to check in and make sure everything is running smoothly and see how we can help you moving forward.
