Meet Our Training Team

Chris Allen
Production Trainer

Chris was hired by our founder, Myron, in 1982 when Chris was a senior in high school. After graduation, he apprenticed with a technician at Main Street Shell while taking classes at Northern Virginia Community College. By 1990, Chris had completed all the available ASE certificates, later adding additional certifications as they became available.

Chris is one of the most experienced Technicians on our staff and has a true passion for training and teaching auto repair. He believes the best and most effective way to train a technician is through individualized training and apprenticeships, something he gets to lead and facilitate as Production Trainer.

Chris and his family live in Fairfax, but Chris spends his free time working on their land in Shenandoah County. Chris loves to fish, kayak, camp, hunt and explore the outdoors.

Noah Mikolowski
Direction of Production Development

Noah started working at Virginia Tire & Auto of Cascades in 2010 as a Technician, earned his first ASE certification in 2011 and eventually became a Master Technician. Noah also has his Emissions and Safety Inspection licenses. Noah was promoted to Production Manager at our Herndon/Reston location in 2019, and then in 2021, he became the Director of Production Development for the company.

Noah helps improve production processes in our stores, works with employees and managers to achieve production goals, and helps team members understand how they can advance in their careers. (And he continues to keep all his certifications and licenses current!)

When he’s not working, Noah enjoys spending time with his wife and four daughters and riding his Harley.
