Tina Freeman Senior Training Specialist
Tina brings over three decades of customer service experience to Virginia Tire & Auto, coupled with an educational background in speech pathology. Her journey with us began as the Contact Center Manager, eventually shiting to our training team, where she aids new hires during orientation and provides feedback to our service advisors, enhancing our company-wide sales processes. With a passion for nurturing talent, Tina enjoys working with people and assisting in their personal and professional development.
Originally from Harlem, New York, Tina comes from a family of five adopted siblings, herself included! Now happily married with three children, she loves traveling. Tina spends her free time reading and founded her own book club called "Booking It." In whatever spare time she has left, she volunteers for various causes.
