What has surprised you the most about Virginia Tire & Auto?

WAYNE: Generally, how quickly they get us in and out. I’ve got several vehicles we bring here for service, anything from the steering column to a tire repair.

AL: Their consistency. I’ve been coming here, as I said, for almost 20 years and they are consistently good every time I come. Never have to worry about things not being done or problems with the car after I leave. Once it’s out of here, quality control is number one.
