Q: Can you give an example of this policy in effect?

A: Let’s say we sell a specific type of tires at $100/tire, and one of our competitors is selling the identical tire for $95/tire. We’ll sell you the tire for $95 and refund you 10% of the difference between our price and the retailer’s price ($100 – $95 = $5; $5 x 10% = $0.50; $95 – $0.50 = $94.50).

Q: What other things should I keep in mind while evaluating the price-match guarantee?

A: Our price-match policy applies to new, identical tires only (not including installation and other add-on services). This means that not only should the tire make and model match, but also its speed rating and load index. The same make and model can significantly vary in price due to the speed rating and load index.

Q: Are there any exclusions?

A: The 110% Tire Price Guarantee cannot be combined with the 60-day ride guarantee and excludes prior sales, any financing offers, package deals, pricing errors, mail-in offers, coupon offers, instant rebates, items that are advertised as limited quantity, Minimum Advertised Priced Policy tires as defined and required by individual tire brand manufacturers, and clearance items. We reserve the right to verify a competitor’s advertised price.

We make a concerted effort to show you everything included in our prices. Be careful when comparing our prices to those of other tire retailers. Some dealers may have shipping costs, higher installation fees, or other hidden charges.

Q: How long are your tire quotes valid?

A: To ensure accurate pricing in a dynamic market, our service quotes will now be valid for 15 days instead of 30 days.  This adjustment helps us provide the most up-to-date and competitive pricing for our customers.
