Noah Mikolowski

Director of Production Development

Noah started out in the automotive industry as an apprentice at a local dealership, working his way up to being a technician. After he joined Virginia Tire & Auto of Cascades in 2010, he became an ASE Certified Master Technician and a Virginia Safety and Emissions Inspector. He also had the opportunity to mentor several apprentices, helping others grow in their careers the same way he did.

After excelling as the Production Manager at our Herndon location, Noah became the Director of Production Development, where he helps improve processes in our stores and continues to mentor future leaders.

“Virginia Tire & Auto allowed me to learn and develop as much as I wanted to,” says Noah. “There are opportunities to grow if you’re willing to work for it.”
