When Christian came in for an interview with us, he had no intention of working at an auto shop. But what he has experienced with us has been entirely different from his preconceived notions. He began at the front counter at our Ashburn Farms location with “next to no car knowledge,” but he was open to learning and has had several great mentors through the years. He has put what he’s learned to good use and has gone from being a Sales Associate to a Sales Manager to our Learning and Development Manager to the Director of Strategic Initiatives.
