Paid Time Off

Taking time off is an important part of maintaining work-life balance, so our employees start accruing PTO hours on their first day of work. Employees can earn up to three weeks of PTO depending on how long they’ve worked here. And, if they don’t use all their PTO hours, they can cash them in at the end of the year or rollover up to 160 hours.
