Pro Tire & Lube Technicians give the fastest oil changes around and expert tire service—every time. They enjoy performing general automotive services on all types of makes and models in our high-traffic shops, and they are the most experienced Tire & Lube Techs we have. They have access to all of the latest tools and technologies and plenty of opportunities for advancement.

We offer many paths to success here at Virginia Tire & Auto. Whether you follow this one or create your own, we’ll be with you every step of the way.

What You Bring to Us

We’ll help train you for your position and teach you what you need to know about car care at Virginia Tire & Auto, but here are some basic skills we’re looking for in our Pro Tire & Lube Technicians:

Next Stop: General Service Manager

Our General Service Managers are passionate about working on cars and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. They enjoy leading a team of Tire & Lube Technicians, a team that makes up the heart and soul of our business. The techs mount and balance tires and perform oil changes and other automotive services, thus interacting with dozens of vehicles each day. And our General Service Managers oversee that workflow, ensuring the work is done competently and in a timely manner.

Next Stop: Store Manager

Our Store Managers are responsible for the complete day-to-day operation of our stores. Store Managers have a comprehensive knowledge of Virginia Tire & Auto’s business, and they are committed to creating meaningful experiences for both customers and employees. They develop strategies and objectives for growth and motivate and lead others to work as a team. They are responsible for maximizing store productivity and profitability while ensuring we keep car care stress-free for all our customers.
