From Sales to Service to General Service, our Department Managers lead and motivate their teams with excellence.

General Service Manager

Our General Service Managers are passionate about working on cars and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. They enjoy leading a team of Tire & Lube Technicians, a team that makes up the heart and soul of our business. The techs mount and balance tires and perform oil changes and other automotive services, thus interacting with dozens of vehicles each day. And our General Service Managers oversee that workflow, ensuring the work is done competently and in a timely manner.

Service Manager

Virginia Tire & Auto’s Service Managers are true auto repair professionals, expert problem solvers and workflow managers. They are knowledgeable about car repair, including how to diagnose problems and what parts and service are needed to fix them. Being a Service Manager involves overseeing our team of technicians and managing the store workflow to optimal performance while assuring the highest quality of service for our customers.

Sales Manager

Sales Managers at Virginia Tire & Auto get their energy from leading a team, driving sales and taking care of our customers. They love to engage with people and they love to sell. To them, it’s about learning what a customer’s vehicle truly needs and presenting a solution. And they want to teach their team to do the same. But most of all, our Sales Managers see their greatest value in connecting with customers and with their teams to provide clear communication.

Store Managers have a comprehensive knowledge of Virginia Tire & Auto’s business, are able to motivate and lead their team, and are committed to creating meaningful experiences for both customers and employees. They are responsible for maximizing store productivity and profitability while ensuring we keep car care stress-free for all our customers.

Our General Managers are experienced leaders and auto repair experts able to supervise multiple store locations and drive our staff toward operational excellence. They have a keen understanding of sales and profitability and demonstrate success in leadership, critical thinking and problem-solving.
